Return Procedures: to contact us, please click here info@slimbeans.net or call 800-794-5502 M-F 8am- 7pm EST to request an RAF (Return Authorization Form). You will need to provide us with your complete Name, Address, Phone#, Fax# (if applicable) and your Invoice or Sale # . Please give us a brief explanation why you are returning your items and request an RAF (Return Authorization Form). If you are emailing us please allow 24-72 hours for a reply and to receive your RAF (Return Authorization Form). After you receive your RAF (Return Authorization Form), you must then fill it out completely and return it with the returned items along with your original invoice/receipt. Once we have received and approved your return package, you will receive a refund less a 10% re-processing fee, and any shipping and handling charges. You will either be credited back to your Credit Card, or sent a check depending on your form of payment during ordering. Please allow 7-10 days to process credits, or up to 30 days to receive a refund by check. NOTE: If you are sending back an individual item, simply send us the used empty or unused sealed item back to us, however, if you have ordered multiple items and you would like to return them all, you must return all items originally ordered including any used empty and unused sealed items. Your multiple item return must not contain more then (1) used unsealed opened items to qualify for a complete order refund. Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date on your invoice/receipt. All returns must be legitimate, credible and within our policy guidelines. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt for approval or disapproval of refund. Consumer/Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us. Please follow these procedures accurately to receive your refund. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
DAMAGED GOODS: If your product was damaged during shipping when it arrived please notify the carrier and you must contact us within 48 hours from the time you noticed your damaged items or package and follow procedures above to request an RAF (Return Authorization Form). |
